Farmer Wants a Wife Finale – Series 7 Episode 8

8:34 pm in Farmer Wants a Wife Blog by admin

The bachelors have now returned back to their farms and have the time to decide who it is they want to spend the rest of their lives with.

Each of the farmers are heading to the hunter valley after choosing their girls.

All the farmers arrive at the hunter and share a beer before meeting to tell us who they have chosen.

Farmer Trent

Trent is the first to sit on the couch with Natalie and talk about what has happened over the last couple of months.  Natalie says that Trent looks a little different and more relaxed.  “How serious were you going into this?” Natalie asks, and Trent tells us he was absolutely ready to find love.

Trent grew up with sisters so he has always been around girls and he found it very difficult to send the first girl home.  Natalie wants to know if Trent had his heart set on one girl in particular; however he was still in no way prepared for what lay ahead of him.

Trent tells us that he has brought Steph, as his chosen girl.  Steph looks gorgeous as she comes down the stairs.

Steph was our favourite for Trent for the Survey we ran with 25 people selecting correctly, compared with the runner up, Jenny on 16 votes.

Farmer Tim

Tim is second to take the couch, and Natalie says that he looks like a different man.  Natalie talks to Tim about his age and wants to know if that has helped him make a decision.  Tim was impressed with all the girls and tells Natalie about Angela and the fact that she was a little bit mysterious to him.

It was a tough decision for Tim and he has decided to bring Isabella to the Hunter.  Isabella tells us that she is always nervous around him and Tim says that he thinks it is the start of something more.  Natalie asks Isabella if she would move to live with Tim and she says that she would move to the Moon for the right one.

Farmer Tim’s selection was a surprise to our members who all voted Angela as his selection with 25 votes and only 15 for Isabella.

Farmer Kev

Kev is the next to take the couch, and Natalie hits him with the hard question and asks Kev why he has not fallen in love before.  Kev tells us that he has never wanted to fall in love before.  Kev tells us he has really enjoyed the Farmer wants a Wife journey and feels it was a great experience.  Kev had a very strong connection with Fiona and could not believe a girl like Fiona was single and was walking into his life.  Kev mentions that Fiona was constantly surprising him on the Farm and feels that she could fit in well.

Kev then reveals that Fiona is actually not coming to the Hunter to see Kev.  Kev reveals that they had a couple of weeks apart from each other and Fiona made the decision that it would be too hard for her to move to the Farm.  Kev reveals that he was happy from the point that Fiona was honest with herself and him as soon as she could.  Kev has no regrets and has enjoyed his experience on the Farmer wants a wife.

Fiona was our members favourite with 30 votes and the runner up Megan only having 11 votes.

Farmer John

John casually joins Natalie on the couch and tells Natalie that he could be closer to finding love.  John says that he feels now is the right time to meet someone as his boys are all grown up and moved on and he does not want to be lonely.   John tells us that Tracy was more of a mystery for him but was able to really get to know her.

Farmer John has selected Tracey, who was also our member’s selections for John with a total of 24 votes and only 17 votes for Alison.  John tells us that Tracey is a beautiful person and feels that she will fit in very well on the farm. They both tell us that they are building a great friendship and it will be interesting to see what happens from here.  John wants to let things build and wants the decision to be forever.

Farmer Will

Will is next on the couch and Natalie asks Will if he has grown (taller).  Will came into this competition looking for love and tells us that he was ready to settle down with the love of his life.  Will tells us that he was really comfortable with Eliza, but was surprised that both girls were able to take a little piece of his heart.  The more time he spent with both girls his feelings grew.  Will tells us that he thinks Sam might have been looking for more in life than life on the land.   Will is looking for someone who will stick with him through thick and thin.

In a surprise move Farmer Will has brought Sam to the Hunter, Sam is a beautiful girl and it will be interesting to see how she goes with life on the land.  Will is looking forward to seeing Sam on the land again.  Our members had 25 points for Eliza and only 20 for Sam.  What a twist!

Farmer Frank

Frank is the last to take the hot seat on the couch and Natalie gets to ask him how he was able to kiss all the girls.  Frank tells us that he feels that he had to kiss all the girls because he has to spend the rest of his life with them.  Natalie asks Frank about both his girls and wants to know which of the girls would fit the best on the farm.

Farmer Frank has decided to bring Tenielle to the Hunter, and Frank tells us that she is a bit of a keeper.  Tenielle looks gorgeous as she sits beside Frank on the couch.  Frank tells us that he loves that she puts a smile on his face every time he thinks about her.  Frank could see himself spending the rest of his life with Tenielle and could see himself eventually marrying him.  Frank then presents Tenielle with a key to his home and she commits to leaving her life behind and moving out with him to the farm.   Tenielle was our members pick with 21 votes and the runner up Peta having 16.
